At Eneksis Solutions, customers’ personal information is kept confidential, and not released or shared with third-parties for any reason. Contact information and email addresses are used primarily to communicate with customers regarding their accounts. On occasion, Eneksis Solutions may inform customers of updates to services and/or new product offerings via email. Customers who do not wish to receive these communications, can log into their eneksis.com account and uncheck the "I would like to receive newsletters" checkbox on the Account page.

We don't collect billing information from our customers. Instead, we've partnered with FreshBooks, an online bookkeeping service and experts in their field, to send monthly invoices to our customers for the services they subscribe to. We'll send you an email each month with a secure link to your invoice. Once there, you can choose from multiple billing options to pay your invoice. While additional and specific data may need to be collected for the use of certain Eneksis services; the information is collected for the sole purpose of the service’s functionality and never used to personally identify any customer or visitor. An example of such information is a computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or DNS hostname needed solely for the Make an Offer service to enforce offer limits as set by the subscriber.
